1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the product or service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse our products or services or interfere with their normal operation. ANY use other than Group and Event Management with Payment Processing via third-party Processor Agreements, is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account with follow on compliance reporting.

The Service. This Service may provide access to third-party applications that are legally managed by their own terms of use and privacy policies and agreements between you and those external parties is governed by those terms accordingly. DOBOTS is a Software as a Service (SaaS) provided by RepStars International, LLC.

SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By using our SMS services, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You have provided express written consent to receive automated SMS messages
2. You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided
3. You understand that message and data rates may apply
4. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP
5. We may suspend or terminate SMS services for any user who violates these terms
6. SMS delivery is subject to carrier limitations and we cannot guarantee delivery timing

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks are the property of or licensed to us and are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties. Content displayed by third-party links, for Events and Payments as examples, are in accordance with User DMCA compliance and may be removed if reported to be violating any copyright laws without granted permissions.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

NFC Specific. NFC Tags follow International standards for operations. We can not access data you write to NFC Tags and we are not liable for any unlawful misuse of the product or service. You may write to an NFC Tag through our platform without user restrictions, however there may be age requirements on writing tags with other Tools outside of this platform in which case you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account whether on an NFC Tag or on the platform. Ensure that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. This Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By using the Service, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the content you submit or provide through the Service.

You agree not to engage in any conduct that: Violates any applicable laws or regulations, Infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, Harasses, threatens, or intimidates others, Impersonates any person or entity, Promotes or incites violence, hatred, or discrimination, Disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the Service. The Product and Service is provided on an as is and as available basis. There are no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service for any purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.

Data. You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles, messages, notes, text, information, music, video, advertisements, listings, and other content that you link, publish or display (hereinafter, post) on or through the Service or the Site, or transmit to or share with other users (collectively the User Content). You may not link or post, transmit, or share User Content on the Site or Service that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post. UPLOADS OF CONTENT ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THIS SITE, INSTEAD YOU MAY LINK TO CONTENT THAT YOU REPRESENT YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO POST. You understand and agree that the Company may, but is not obligated to, review the Site and may delete or remove (without notice) any Site Content or User Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including without limitation, User Content that in the sole judgment of the Company violates this Terms of Use, or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others. You are solely responsible at your sole cost and expense for creating backup copies and replacing any User Content you post or store on the Site or provide to the Company.

When you post User Content to the Site, you authorize and direct us to make such copies thereof as we deem necessary in order to facilitate the posting and storage of the User Content on the Site. By posting User Content to any part of the Site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such User Content for any purpose on or in connection with the Site or the promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such User Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. You may remove your User Content from the Site at any time. If you choose to remove your User Content, the license granted above will automatically expire, however you acknowledge that the Company may retain archived copies of your User Content.

You hereby agree that any contacts imported, accessed, or otherwise in use on the Services have consented to receive communication from you according to law. You agree not to use any contact's information that does not meet these requirements. Mere participation in a survey, a Like on your Facebook page, Follow on Twitter, or other such actions which do not show clear intent that a contact expresses a desire to receive communications from you does not automatically qualify a contact. You understand that messages sent using the Services may be available publicly on the internet and viewed by their intended recipients.

You agree to allow us to make copies per the extent of the law of your messages and other materials on the Services for purposes of security, legal liability, and maintenance.

We may allow you to invite a contact to receive communications from you. If a contact does not respond to this request, you may not use our Services to communicate with this contact. You additionally acknowledge that the use of such a feature is subject to applicable law in your jurisdiction and you agree that you have sole legal control, responsibility and liability for compliance with any such laws.

You agree not to communicate using these Services with contacts who are opted-out.

We collect feedback including spam reports and complaints from recipients regarding your sent messages and marketing materials. Due to privacy considerations not all feedback can be shared with you directly. You agree to maintain your messages in a manner that does not generate excessive negative feedback. At our sole discretion we may terminate your access to the Services if you have generated excess negative feedback and such a determination shall be final, binding and conclusive for all purposes under this Agreement.

You agree that we may take any action to prevent unsolicited messages from being delivered to contacts.

You agree that we may impose general limits on use of certain features available as part of the Services.

You understand that delivery messages through the Services may require additional formatting, including but not limited to the removal of images, truncation of text, abbreviation, or other modifications in order to satisfy 3rd party delivery requirements.

In addition, you agree not to use the Service or the Site to:

• harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Service or the Site by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications;
• use the Service or the Site in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site;
• use automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Service or the Site;
• link, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available any content that we deem to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
• link, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any videos other than those of a personal nature that: (i) are of you or your friends, (ii) are taken by you or your friends, or (iii) are original art or animation created by you or your friends;
• register for more than one User account, register for a User account on behalf of an individual other than yourself, or register for a User account on behalf of any group or entity;
• impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity;
• link, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation;
• link, post, transmit, share or store or otherwise make publicly available on the Site any private information of any third party, including, without limitation, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers;
• solicit personal information from anyone under 18 or solicit passwords or personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes;
• link, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
• intimidate or harass another;
• link, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available content that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or international law;
• use or attempt to use another's account, service or system without authorization from the Company, or create a false identity on the Service or the Site;
• link, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available content that, in the sole judgment of Company, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site, or which may expose Company or its users to any harm or liability of any type.

Privacy. We care about the privacy of our users. Please view Privacy Policy. By using these Sites or the Services, you are consenting to have your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States and housed on secure servers provided by Google Corporation.

The Site contains (or you may be sent through the Site or the Service) links to other web sites (Third Party Sites) as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (the Third Party Applications, Software or Content). Our Website Pages are special profiles used solely for promotional purposes. You may not set up a Website Page on behalf of another individual or entity unless you are authorized to do so. This includes fan Website Pages as well as Website Pages to support or criticize another individual, affiliation or entity.

WE DO NOT PRE-SCREEN OR APPROVE WEBSITE PAGES, AND CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT A WEBSITE PAGE WAS ACTUALLY CREATED AND IS BEING OPERATED BY THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF A WEBSITE PAGE. Copyright Complaints. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with any User Content, any Third Party Applications, Software or Content you post or share on or through the Site (including without limitation through the Share Service), your use of the Service or the Site, your conduct in connection with the Service or the Site or with other users of the Service or the Site, or any violation of this Agreement or of any law or the rights of any third party.

The Company is not responsible or liable in any manner for any User Content or Third Party Applications, Software or Content posted on the Site or in connection with the Service, whether posted or caused by users of the Site, by Company, by third parties or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Site or the Service. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF NO FEES ARE PAID TO COMPANY FOR THE SERVICE, YOU SHALL BE LIMITED TO INJUNCTIVE RELIEF ONLY, UNLESS OTHERWISE PERMITTED BY LAW, AND SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO DAMAGES OF ANY KIND FROM COMPANY, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION.

8. Binding Arbitration

Any controversy or claim brought against our respective Companies or Affiliates shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Florida USA, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.

9. System Access

You are solely responsible for the security of your access credentials for your account. We will accept the input of any individual with your access credentials. You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account and we shall not be responsible for the actions of any individuals who misuse or misappropriate your contact lists or other assets using your username and password or other appropriate account identifying information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of our Products or Services or any other breach of security.

10. Copyright Information

All logos, products, services, system processes and service names are trademarks and or patents of the Company in the US and/or other countries. Company's trademarks may not be used as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the Company. DOBOTS is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application provided by RepStars International, LLC.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.

These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of your jurisdiction. All brand and branding rights reserved.
